We’re back with more from the Mill Movement Series!
Coming up on June 28, 9:00am-10:00am, fitness instructor Stacey will guide participants through a Strength and Core class that is suitable for all levels. Tickets are $20/class, pre-registration is encouraged so call the Office at 613-692-6455 to secure your spot! Walk-ins will also be available, space permitted. Classes will take place on the second floor of Watson’s Mill, participants will need to bring a mat to exercise on, no other equipment is needed!
