Orienteering Ottawa Field Day

May 21 @ 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

$7.25

Saturday, May 21, 2022
10 am to 2 pm (we recommend that participants arrive by 1 pm to allow ample time to complete the course).
Cost: $7.25 per person (cash only).

Learn a new skill in a fun, family-friendly, environment or put your skills to the test! Club members from Orienteering Ottawa will be on site to introduce visitors to the sport of Orienteering. Surveying, and by extension orienteering, would have been an essential skill for early settlers in both travel and in organizing settlements like Horaceville here at Pinhey’s Point. Join us on the museum grounds where courses will be set up from beginner lengths to competitive, hour-long races.

This is a drop-in style program and will be primarily delivered in English. No registration is required.
